01 OWNERSHIP

This website (the "Website") is the website of KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD (register company 13749603) ("we", "us"), whose registered office is 21 Whiston Road, London E2 8EX, email address shop@kikokostadinov.com.

02 LEGAL AGREEMENT

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you:

1. the terms on which you may use the Website; and
2. the terms on which we supply to you any of the products ("Products") listed on the Website.
By entering the Website, and/or any page accessible on this site, and/or by purchasing Products from KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD through the Website, or dealing with Kiko Kostadinov LTD in any way through the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms").

If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms you should not access or use the Website. If you have difficulty in understanding these Terms or have any queries regarding these Terms, please contact shop@kikokostadinov.com.

We may modify the Terms in our absolute discretion from time to time. If we intend to make any significant changes to the Products or these Terms we will notify you and you may then contact us to end the contract and receive a full refund before the changes take effect. You will be deemed to have accepted any modifications if you continue to use the Website after the changes have taken effect.

03 TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO SALES OF PRODUCTS

Information that we are required to give you

A description of the main characteristics of the Products is contained on the Website and will also be contained in our Order Confirmation, described below.

The price of Products (including delivery and packaging charges) and arrangements for payment are as described in these Terms.

The arrangements for delivery of Products are as shown below.

You have a right of cancellation as set out in these Terms.

The language of the contract will be English.

04 CONTRACT

Your order shall constitute an offer to us to purchase the Products specified in the order. At the same time you shall complete an authorisation for us to recover, through your credit or debit card, payments due to us. We may accept or decline the order. Please note that acknowledgement of an order by us does not constitute acceptance of that order or that a contract has been made. We will confirm acceptance to you by email confirming that the order is accepted and that the Product is ready for dispatch or has been dispatched ("Order Confirmation") at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. We shall at the same time notify you of the identifying number (in these Terms the "Identifying Number") for your order and it would be helpful if you can quote your Identifying Number in any subsequent communications.

We reserve the right at our discretion to decline to accept any order and/or to supply Products. This might be because the Product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the Product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the Product, or, if you have already paid for the Product(s), we shall refund the payment.

05 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Each confirmed order shall constitute a separate contract between us and shall be governed by these Terms. These Terms constitute the entire understanding between us in relation to any Products ordered and supplied through the Website. They supersede any other terms stipulated by you, whether in any order or during negotiations or any course of dealing established between you and us.

All descriptions, images or illustrations of Products provided on this Website or otherwise communicated to you are for guidance only and intended merely to present a general idea of the Products. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Your Product may vary slightly from those images.

06 PRICE

The prices of the Products shall be as quoted on the Website from time to time, except in the case of obvious error. All prices on the Website are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT for order within the UK. All prices on the Website are exclusive of postage/delivery.

The prices of the Products are given in the local currency dependent on your shipping destination. Payment for the ordered Products are made the currency the order is shipping to.

It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the Product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the Product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.

If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably been recognised by you as mis-pricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any Products provided to you.

Please note that you must pay for the Products before we dispatch them. We will charge your credit or debit card at the time of Order Confirmation.

07 DELIVERY

We shall deliver Products ordered by you through a courier or postal service of our choice to the delivery address that you have given us.

We deliver within the UK and internationally. We are currently unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.

All orders to the UK are shipped inclusive of VAT. No further costs will be charged on receipt of the order.

For all international orders, we partner with Global-e for the handling of customs, duty and import fees (including tariffs and tax) ("Fees"). If your delivery country falls within the Global-e network, any applicable Fees will be shown at time of purchase at the checkout and no further costs will be charged on receipt of the order.

Please note that Fees may apply if your Products are shipped to a destination outside of the United Kingdom and outside of the Global-e network. In these edge cases, our Products will be delivered duty unpaid. This means that we are responsible for transportation costs in the delivery of the Products, but not for paying any Fees relating to your Product which are imposed at the destination. You are responsible for paying all such Fees directly to the relevant authorities. Please see the Global-e Terms of Sale for further information.

Risk of loss or damage to the Products shall pass to you at the time of delivery.

08 DELIVER TO SHOP

Currently, we do not offer a Deliver To Shop service.

09 CHILDREN

We do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

10 RIGHT TO CANCEL

You are entitled to cancel an order for a Product, and end your contract with us, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the Product. If you exercise this right, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Product in accordance with our Refunds Policy (below).

To end the contract with us, please use our Returns Portal.

Your right of cancellation described in this section is in addition to any other right that you might have to reject the Products, for instance because they are faulty (see below).

11 FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you have any questions or complaints about the Product, or if your Product is faulty, please contact us by emailing shop@kikokostadinov.com.

If what you have bought is faulty you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the Product repaired or replaced or to get some or all of your money back).

If when you receive your Product you discover a fault or it is not as described, you have 14 days from receipt of the Product to return the Product to us and receive a refund.

If a fault occurs in the Product after 14 days of receipt of the Product, we reserve the right to review the fault and decide on a remedy on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject faulty Products you must return them to us in accordance with the Returns section below.

12 RETURNS

When returning any Product to us, you must take reasonable care to ensure that they are received by us and not damaged in transit. You must use our Returns Portal to process any returns.

If you exercise your right to cancel the contract because you have changed your mind:

(a) You must return the Products in one of the ways set out below within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract (b) You must use our Returns Portal.

14 LIABILITY

KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD will be responsible for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of our breaching these conditions if the loss or damage was a reasonable foreseeable result of our breaking this contract when you commenced using the Website, or if a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed.

We will not be responsible for any economic or business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or for any indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Website or when a contract for the sale of goods by us to you was formed. KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury arising from a negligent act or omission on our part.

15 YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights. If you have any doubts as to your statutory rights then you should contact a solicitor or your local Citizens Advice Bureau.

Return Policy & Exchange

In the eventuality of dissatisfaction with your purchase, you will be able to return goods upon written confirmation from a member of the KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD. team. You will have 3 days from receipt of goods to be able to email us about returning the order . Please be aware that we cannot secure exchanges as the stock is produced in limited quantities. We therefor suggest to always enquire first, prior to committing to any decision. We won’t be able to accept any return if not emailed first. If sold goods present any kind of fault or they are not delivered, or have been delivered damaged, please forward photos via mail first

In the eventuality of defective merchandise, or order not delivered, or delivered damaged, or items missing from orders containing multiple items, clients must follow as below instructed:

Customers are required to contact us thorough the email shop@kikokostadinov.com. Please make sure to include in the email the unique number of your order, name of the styles in question and reason for the return request. KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD. reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorising the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees. Be aware that KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD. has the right to decline unauthorised returns and categorically won’t accept any items that have been worn, washed and have been subject of alterations of their original state at time of delivery. KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD. has the right to fully inspect the returned merchandise in order to establish if an exchange is possible. Costs of delivery for returned goods to be shipped back to the same client issuing the return request will have to be covered by the client.

Once the written request is received, shop@kikokostadinov.com will forward a written confirmation to the client including the return authorisation number. Clients must write this return authorisation number externally on the box.

  • The returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was sold and repacked in as close as possible to the way it was received.
  • Every return must be authorised beforehand and forwarded to our return address fully tracked. If agreed that the product is of defective nature, KIKO KOSTADINOV LTD. will be in charge of covering return shipping costs.
